No one expects you to become a professional blogger, but creating a blog, and then never using it, is both a waste of your time and ours.

Leaving your blog in a "Hello World state" for more than 10 days will result in the blog being deactivated.

In the same way as the rest of the sane universe, we don't like spam or spammers! You are welcome to place ads on your blog, or seek to promote a legitimate business venture, but anything spammy will also result in your blog being suspended.

Blat is a family site. Blogs deemed to be "Adult" in nature, or inappropriate for family viewing, will also be suspended.
